Every now and then I order pizza. My favorite is the Texas BBQ. Great value for money. Ordered through their website. I like the time display. That I am always informed about the progress of the meal.

The pizza was very tasty and filled with enough toppings, delivery time also perfectly fine. The staff seemed friendly on the phone and when they were handed over.

We had ordered to be picked up. Instead of 3 times Emma Burger we got 3 normal hamburgers. The fries were the worst fries we have ever eaten as they just weren't through and therefore not a bit crispy. Apparently there was peanut butter (??? !!!) too, which can be really dangerous for allergy sufferers! For the price ne cheek! Never again!!!! And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else !!

Unfortunately, very little vegan / plant-based choices and a strong focus on food made from animals. Otherwise friendly staff.

Unfortunately the shop is absolutely filthy. It felt like we waited 50 minutes for our food, the drinks were delivered at the same time as the food. Not so bad in itself, but the burger was cold and the drinks (homemade iced tea) were 50% ice cubes. As a side dish there was Chio Chips for a lot of money. Prices unreasonable.

The pizzas are alright, but the sizes are really not what’s advertised. When you order a big (30cm on their website), you actually get 26cm. Which is in fact only three quarters of the size advertised. Small is also something like 22cm (26 cm on the website).

If you like bad service, emma24 is the right place for you. Our order arrived more than 40 minutes late, no one could be reached by phone on the callback number. Underground service.

The ambience is not that bad, the music is a matter of taste, but in keeping with the style of the shop. As a decoration, two posters with the development of the human being, which stands out fairly and is rather And fitting. The food or the hamburger was ok, a little too much mustard and the cheeseburger came too, which wasn't a problem for me (but maybe for people who couldn't take cheese). You can also order the burger as a menu for 2.95 euros surcharge, then you get potato chips, a dip and a * small * portion of Coleslaw. Under potato chips, we expected fried chips in the form of chips and no real potato chips out of the bag. The surcharge for the menu was unfair as the potato chips weren't really tasty. Drinks were ok too, the beer a bit watery. Otherwise the waitress was a dark-skinned, very type, very nice

Eating comes late. In addition to the burgers come chips instead of fries. Find it strange.

I got it from an early employee, everything nicely finished, briefly in the oven and then to customers, just like finished pizza from rewe ..... 5 employees in 10 square meters of space ... weird until I can't it belongs to several people too.

You could follow the status of the order. The pizzas came at the expected time and were still warm. Sometimes a bit rickety. The pizza nuggets were also delicious, but there were inconsistencies as to whether they were oily enough or not :-) The supplier was very friendly.

Acceptable prices, and free delivery. However, pizzas are really bad. Dough tastes terrible, and the topping is really nothing better. Who on Earth puts rosmarine and balsamico on a pizza ? I won't give it another try.

Great selection, pizza, drinks or something from the kiosk. Unfortunately, the online shop is not up-to-date, cigarettes ordered and after a short time get callback that cigarettes empty. For a pack of Pueblo get tobacco for 7 € - Well. Delivery came after almost 2 1/2 hours, after a complaint call. Explanation was: Today (a saturday) were divided 2 drivers, one ill - Sorry but hire more people. It was once a really great delivery service but for 2.3 years the price / performance ratio is not right at all.

More and more dishes are "out" (complete vegan offer, cake etc.). Delivery takes but will be communicated before. Pizza is really good, pasta solala.

I got the Spaghetti Bolognese to take away. The taste is o. K. but they are too expensive. 8,90 € for about 200 g are not appropriate.

The food is quite nice but, on my many visits here, I have always found the service to be to really slow

My mother and I ordered pasta and it was delicious. The food arrived within the specified time frame and was even hot. The portion was also very large and neither the parmesan nor the sauce was spared. Top!

Customer service never sees the order, the order only appears after asking several times. On the grounds that the order was unfortunately lost with you, one is put off here. Restaurant had meanwhile closed, so that the order could not be placed again.

Order took more than 2 hours. After the first hour I called and was told that the driver was coming soon. After 20 minutes someone called me and said that there was an error with the order and the driver is coming MAX in 20 minutes. Got it 40 minutes after the call. CONTINUE SO ??

So the pizzas aren't bad, but the occupancy is a bit exceptional (see photo). On the Hawai, the pineapple was also missing. They were super nice on the phone and I get a new Hawai delivered.

The variety of several restaurants being supplied with one supplier is very pleasant! The food is always excellent and the service is very good. Thanks Emma

Never again to Emma 24! After waiting 30 minutes to hear that our order was "forgotten", I find it really blatant! But we agreed that after 5 minutes our order will come and the drinks will be free of charge. Nothing came in 5 minutes, so we paid for drinks and left. It's a shame that so much time was lost!

Very good pizza! The chef has been making pizza for over 47 years!

Had three orders over last week. Out of six telephone conversations while ordering, just one more or less friendly. Pizza quality is average. During one delivery, it took more than 50 minutes instead of promised 30, but they gave a three-euro discount for next order. Today's order impression: along with pizza (which came cold), I ordered A14, fried scampi for 7.99. It came as FOUR tiny shrimp in a fried dow along with chili sauce and 4 pieces of crab chips. For ca. 8 Euro "scampi"? come on! Please do not be cheap, people! Called immediately after opening the order, they promised to get back to me, well, almost 7 hours later, nothing happened. Bad service, cannot recommend.
